		FA1 – "Mini" Air Filtration System / Laser Fume Extraction The Fumex FA1 “ Mini” utilizes a high performance blower and a 4 stage hybrid filter system to capture and treat the potentially hazardous particulates and gases generated in many industrial processes. Easy to use digital controls and an integrated electronic gas sensor continuously monitor system performance and displays operating parameters. Two large capacity prefilters protect the systems HEPA and gas/odor filters providing an extremely cost-effective, efficient filtration system. The systems small footprint and variable speed blower provide maximum application flexibility. Ideal for a variety of light duty applications including - laser fume extraction, soldering, dust collection, engraving, drilling, grinding.

		FA2 – Air Filtration System / Laser Fume Extraction The Fumex FA2 utilizes a high performance blower and a 3 stage hybrid –- filter system to capture and treat the potentially hazardous particulate and gases generated in many industrial processes. Digital controls and integrated electronic gas sensor continuously monitor the system performance and display operating parameters on the high-visibility LED screen. Large capacity inexpensive pre-fitlers extend filter change intervals and cost effectively protects the large HEPA and gas/odor filter. High performance variable speed blower provides maximum application flexibility. Ideal for medium to heavy duty applications including laser fume extraction, dust collection, laser welding, grinding, drilling.




		FA2 – PVC Laser Fume Extraction The Fumex FA2-PVC is specifically designed to capture and treat the potentially hazardous fumes generated in application where PVC is marked or cut with a laser, thermoformed or heated. Epoxy Coating – The Fumex FA2PVC utilizes a high build epoxy novolac coating on all internal cabinet components. The material provides superior corrosion resistance to HCL and other acid gases. Prior to application the cabinets are prepped with a sandblasting to SSSP10 and all seams are caulked per manufacturer’s specifications. Two (2) coats of the epoxy are applied to a DFT of 4 mils.
